We are a fan of all things simple here at Aeropress Aerobie. We recently gave the Norpro Glass Frother a try and boy are we excited to tell you about it. If you haven’t read our article on the Aerolatte Milk Frother then you might not know it, but we are a big fan of steam free milk frothers. We recently got our hands on this alternative to the Aerolatte and we found a great little frother that gives us creamy, thick, froth that lasts and tastes delicious.
At first glance, this frother looks just like a french press except missing a spout. The frother works by using a small handle at the top and pushing up and down for about 10-20 seconds to create your desired froth.
If you already know all about the Aeropress, then you know that it makes anywhere from 1 to 4 shots of espresso strength coffee. This is perfect if you want an Americano, but what if you want a latte or cappuccino? The Aerolatte milk frother is the perfect choice! This device allows you to make the perfect frothed milk to add to your coffee.
What is the Aerolatte?
The Aerolatte is a uniquely effective and simple idea. The device is essentially a tiny blender with a special head that is designed to bring liquids to a perfect foam. The Aerolatte quickly brings the milk into a frothed solution ranging from fine foam, to larger bubbles, depending on technique. Once you are done blending, rinse the head, spin dry, and you’re done!
The blender runs on two double A batteries. It comes in a stylish carrying case which makes the Aerolatte perfect for taking on the road, keeping at the office, or giving away as a present. The Aerolatte comes in several different styles, including the popular Aerolatte Mooo which features a cow print on the handle.
This is the perfect gift for any coffee lover, and because it is so portable, the Aerolatte is perfect for almost any application.
